Platform design, build, run.

We build the platforms our consulting designs — and we run what we build. Small senior teams, written designs before code, pre-registered acceptance gates before launch, and service levels that are measured rather than promised. It is the same two-surface discipline we apply to our own store: nothing ships until its gate is green.

How we run it

Deterministic, replayable builds; lineage on every artefact; dashboards that report the measurement, not the aspiration. When we hand a platform over, your team receives the designs, the gates and the runbooks — the system remains explicable without us.
